Unit 1

For this blog, I will tell you some details about me. Let me introduce me I am Francisco, I am studying computer engineering, I hope finish my career in one year. I chose that career because in the past, when i was in high school I learned some things about computers like: How to repair it, update their system and others things. In my free time I usually play soccer with my friends, actually we have a team; we play almost one time per week.

About the unit one we learned some words like:

·         Fluent: Able to speak a language very well.

·         Pick up: To learn something without much effort.

·         Cram: Put too much into a small space.

·         Dialect: A form of a language that is spoken in one area.

·         Master: To learn something so well that you understand it completely.

·          

At the same time, we practiced and studied some words that always go with a preposition for example:

·         I opted for Ulacit to complete my career.

·         If you want to succeed in life you ought to study.

·         What types of games appeal to you?

·         I was nervous about making mistakes when I was talking to a native speaker.

·         This book is lacking in clear explanations.

·         Short of: is like ran out.

·         Stem from: is like origin or root.

·         Rely on: like trust.
